What “forever” means.

When you build a memorial page on Stillwith, we guarantee in writing that the page stays online for at least fifty years. That is the floor, not the ceiling. Our intention is that the page lives as long as the family wants it to.

If Stillwith is ever acquired, sold, or wound down, we have committed in our terms that every memorial page is exported as a static-site bundle the family can host themselves, on any standard hosting provider, at no cost from us. The URL is preserved. The photos are preserved. The guestbook is preserved.

The one-time $29 covers the hosting, the storage, and the decades of small infrastructure costs that keep a page online. We do not believe a family should be invoiced every year for a memorial. So we are not going to invoice you, ever.

Is there a monthly fee?
No. $29 once, ever. There is no renewal, no subscription, and no surprise bill at the one-year mark.
What if I just need the eulogy?
Stay on the free plan. The eulogy writer, the obituary writer, and every guide in the library are free, no card required.
What if I change my mind?
Thirty-day full refund, no questions asked. Email care@stillwith.io and we will return the $29 the same day we hear from you.
Who reads my memorial page?
Only people you share the URL with. Pages are unindexed by default, which means search engines do not crawl them and they will not appear in Google.
What happens after 50 years?
We commit in writing to one of two outcomes. Either we continue hosting at no charge to your family, or we provide a full data export plus a static-site mirror you can host yourself.
Can I add a co-author?
Yes. Anyone with the URL can sign the guestbook. Editing access is by email invite. You can add as many co-authors as the family needs.
